Sr. Copywriter (contract) | Oct. 2021–April 2025, San Francisco

I supported the in-house Brand & Creative team across Consumer, Merchant (B2B), and Dasher verticals. I also contributed to DashMart, DashPass, and Caviar creative. My main focus was the Dasher (delivery driver) side of the business. I was the sole copywriter for this workstream, partnering with the large Dasher team. I worked on large integrated campaigns to small partner initiatives, and everything in between. I wrote and edited hundreds of assets per year.

The Dasher Rewards loyalty program was created to incentivize and celebrate Dashers who do high-quality work. It uses tiers (silver, gold, and platinum) that offer rewards they can reach for, to ensure they feel valued.
